To relaunch intel.com—a resource with over 300,000 pages—a comprehensive discovery phase defined Audience Personas, Relationship Landscapes and Customer Scenarios to depict the goals/steps in each interaction and reveal opportunities to better provide for user needs, increase satisfaction and accelerate the sale cycle.

   


Challenge
Intel, the world’s fifth most valuable brand, needed end-to-end support for their website redesign, online relationship marketing and new product launches.

Results
While working at the #1 interactive agency in the world, the Interactive Strategist was allocated to Intel on numerous initiatives. Among many deliverables, he:
